Специфіка вентиля в композитних балонах Hexagon Ragasco

Композитні газові балони Hexagon Ragasco виготовлено з полімерно-композитних матеріалів, матеріал вентиля – латунь. Із часом всі латунні вироби мають сліди окислення. Це відбувається через дію кисню чи вологого середовища. На деяких вентилях балонів Hexagon Ragasco наявні так звані сліди корозії. Однак це не вони та це ніяк не впливає на технічні чи безпекові показники балонів, тобто користувач отримав дійсно якісний товар.
Крім того, вентилі (1) в усіх газових балонах мають ліву різьбу (3) та відкриваються обертом колеса вентиля (2) вліво. Часто користувачі про це не знають і продовжують закручувати колесо вентиля (2), застосовуючи силу, бо звикли до правої різьби. Також трапляються випадки, коли на балоні занадто закручене поворотне колесо вентиля (2) в положенні «Відкрито». У такий спосіб виробник зафіксував поворотне колесо вентиля (2) під час виробництва. Однак це не привід для повернення від клієнта з відповідними витратами на логістику, й поготів товару, який вже використовували. Поворотне колесо вентиля можна відкрутити власноруч за допомогою трубного та розвідного ключів. Розвідним ключем фіксують основу вентиля, трубним ключем відкручують його поворотне колесо. Робити це необхідно в правий бік.
Якщо партнеру було відвантажено балон із закрученим вентилем, потрібно повідомити способи розв’язання питання, якщо балон має окислений вентиль – проінформувати щодо хімічних властивостей латуні. Якщо клієнт наполягає на поверненні, можна запропонувати додаткову знижку. У разі відмови – зробити повернення та заміну товару (крайній випадок).
Нагадування! Усі нові композитні балони Hexagon Ragasco наповнені стиснутим повітрям, яке необхідно стравити перед заповненням балона газом. Балони необхідно наповнювати не більше 80 % від їхнього номінального об’єму.
